We have introduced the money back guarantee concept in the laser business first time in Pakistan. The Patient has the right to take his paid money back. According to our refund policy he can claim for the money back at least after five visits. This money back guarantee is decided to offer for the first three months only just to build up the confidence of the people over this treatment modality.

The terms and conditions are fairly simple. The patient has to sign an agreement in the beginning of his treatment that he would visit the clinic at least for five times according to the given schedule and pay the fee of five visits in advance. The idea behind this policy is there are a certain numbers of people that respond to the treatment and get relief from pain not on the first visit but on the third fourth or sometimes 5^th visit. So if they say that they have not gotten any benefit even after the fifth visit we refund their money after deducting 15% as the technical charges. If they get partial relief they can continue their treatment for the subsequent visits after paying a fee of each visit on every visit.
